It allows to inject the filler of
cream, chocolate, jam, caramel, etc, into the cake in the same tray that is used for the baking, avoiding unnecessary product handling.

Completely automatic: tray feed, positioning, inject and output. Put tray in one end and collect it filled at the other.

HMI interface control:
  • Autocleaning function.
  • Output control:
    – Cn see the production at the moment so it indicates the number of filled trays.
    – Can programme the number of trays to fill.
  • Adjustable injecting control for different kind of doughs.
  • Independent dragging function.
  • Multi-injection function: It repeats the injection in the same position, you choose the time.
  • Mono-injection function.

Automatics stop if trais not collected at end. Different sizes of needles and injectors. Exact volumetric dosing, adjustable. Sturdy. Built to work non-stop. Electric-pneumatic machine. All machine elements in contact with the dough are made from food-grade materials and stainless steel AISI304.
